Location Site Fees

The prices we show are relatively accurate but, are not exact. These are purely for your reference only and to help you select a site that fits your budget requirements.

These location site fees are paid directly to site and not to us i.e. the cost of a site is not added to your contract wth AHW. We can give you advise and help you select the appropriate site to match your needs. We can also help to secure the site for you.

Each of the private ceremony sites i.e. hotels, private estates, and churches have a charge for using their site. The fee usually covers usage of the grounds for photos and a specific area for your ceremony.

The usage time allowed is usually 1 hour so, it's important to remember that the more popular sites can book consecutive weddings back to back so it is imprtant to be on time.

Some sites will include additional items such as chairs, gazebo, aisle-runner and stanchions, etc.. Many hotels have multiple wedding sites available at a variety of prices.

Site decorations and florals are not included in the cost and will need to be ordered additionally.

We add $10 per vendor for weddings at hotel sites for parking fee not associated with free site.
