Thank you. You are very helpful. I am just trying to make sure everything is perfect and as you can imagine, it's pretty difficult from Australia - organizing a wedding in Hawaii! Having said that, since you have the experience and clearly I don't, I am just going to put my complete trust in you. I am sure you will do the best that you can.
I have been contacting places in Hawaii that advertise weddings for a few months now. You have been the fastest to respond and by far the most helpful. I have given your web address and copies of our correspondence to my travel agent here. She often has people asking her about weddings in Hawaii and she refers them to a company here in Australia that negotiate etc. with people in Hawaii.(At an incredibly expensive rate too). Your excellence has allowed me to show her that there is no need to refer people to an expensive company when they can do the work themselves! So, having said that, you now have the respect of my travel agent and she will be referring others to you.

"When you want to get married in a different country, it can be quite daunting to find a company that ‘seems’ trustworthy, knowing that they would be responsible for so much of your big day. It is also difficult to find a company that will be flexible enough to offer the kind of wedding that suits each couples situation.
The website for A Hawaiian Wedding was what really spoke to me; the online form presented all of the available options for each part of the wedding, so my fiancé and I could sit down and customise a wedding that actually suited what we needed and could afford, particularly in terms of the photography.
During our wedding planning, everyone was very helpful with our questions, and even months later when we called him from Honolulu, in a panic, trying to track down the licensing office, he was able to talk us through the details we needed.
On the day, both the photographer and the local minister were very professional and re-assuring, and the photos were amazing! Because the weather and lighting can change quite quickly in Hawaii, we were also very appreciative to have that local photographic experience, and he was able to suggest a variation to our originally planned photo locations, to get the best shots on the day. You did not disappoint!

How can we tell that you're any better than other Hawaiian wedding websites?
Simply, it's what we show you on our website, what we say, our advice, our answers to your questions, and the timeliness of our responses. We may not tell you everything you want to hear but, we're going to tell you what you need to know, and we'll tell you what is best, in our expert opinion :)
Other than that the best clue is the quality of the photos because they are a good indication of the quality you can expect from all your other products and services. If a website pays top photographers, it means that they'll do the same for their other services and products.
Why we cost less than going it alone or with a wedding planner/coordinator?
We don't need to add ridiculous, unnecessary, wedding planner/coordinator fees. Our vendors work as a team and as true professionals who know their jobs, they don't need to someone who doesn't, to tell them what to do!
Also, because our vendors are "anonymous", they are freed from paperwork, emails, phone calls, and most importantly, from their highly regarded "reputations" :) We can charge a lower price than their normal prices their "regular" clients for example, hotels "regularly" charge $300 for ministers, our top photographer charges $800 per hour, our video guy $650, musicians start at $200, and our top florists won't even do small weddings, etc. Check it out for yourself and see what top Hawaii wedding professionals charge their "regular" clients. You're going to thank us.
Why we aren't as "cheap" as some Hawaii wedding tourist websites?
Simply, we aren't a Hawaii "tourist wedding" website. We offer the same services and products local people want for their own wedding and many "locals" reserve our services.
We don't want any disappointments and neither do you! We prefer to provide our clients the quality they deserve and expect for their Hawaii wedding. Is saving a few buck really worth it?
We rely upon the knowledge, expertise, and experience of our vendors to make all of our Hawaii weddings a success. We simply will not use lesser talented professionals, hobbyists or part-timers, college students, husbands or wives, or what are normally referred to as "tourist wedding" vendors.
Our prices are the most fair and best prices for the high quality professional services and service you'll receive from A Hawaii Wedding.

Finally, we suppose it's a compliment, but we don't really appreciate it. Another website "Maui'd Forever" has been using our photos on their website illegally to promote their services. Many of their descriptions also sound famliar. We anticipate that there are probably other websites doing the same. In fact, it wouldn't surprise us that other material have been appropriated from our website. Everything on our website was created by us, words, thoughts, descriptions, photos.
